Determination! ....

While sitting on a bench in beautiful downtown Colonial Williamsburg, Virginia, we had the opportunity to witness the great determination of two pigeons who had one thing on their mind .....

 ... and that was to get into this quaint little store  that was adjacent to the ice cream shop that we had just patronized. At first, we watched them walk in and then come flying back out on a dead run!.  But, not to be deterred, back in they went. And, back out they came. And, back in they went ....

                                           
                       .... and back out they  came, over and over again. It was  a great study in determination.

                      I think this guy was totally jealous and was taking mental notes about his great escape!
