Columbine ....

... just reminds me of Colorado... where there's an  endless supply of this beautiful flower.    It's pretty, and fresh.  The colors are lovely.  And, it never fades away.  Year after year it multiplies, spreads, and seems to love the special little corner of my garden where I let it do its thing.

Colorado will always hold a special place in my heart ... perhaps it's because so much of it reminds me of growing up in the Adirondacks. It's a happy and peaceful "place" for me to be ... this little corner of my garden.
