Parrot Tulips ...

  While walking through the Navel Academy in Annapolis Maryland, I was drawn to a sculpture -   the oldest military monument in the country.  From a distance, it was obvious that the monument was old and beautiful ... so, I had to get a closer look. The statues were beautiful, And, then I walked around to the side furthest from me and I found these beautiful tulips!
