Cheers to the Farmers!

The beauty of the harvest is evident. But, have you ever thought about the journey to the final product?
There are some tell-tail signs that even farmers have to think about new opportunities for efficiency in farming.

In my journey, I saw the big farmers and the small backyard farmers

The thought was not lost on me that this is one heck of a lot of work.  From seeding, to nurturing, to harvest ... can you imagine!

How we love the outcome! Our tables and homes, reap the results.

Both the farmer and the animals are working hard for us and providing so much that we love ... and what we gather our family and friends around the table to enjoy.

I discovered new things in my "farming journey". Driving along, I found an Elk Farm, a bakery that sold chocolate milk produced from the milk of the cows across the street ... organic farms ...

Yup, I learned about some new kind of beauty. I grew an appreciation for farmers. I appreciate more what graces my table and home.

AND .... I know who I'm NOT going to mess with!!

Thank you to the farmers in our lives!
