The inner workings ... of "Earth"

Ahhhhh ... dinner time!

You just know it has to be special when you pass by the herbs, fresh water tubs, tomatoes growing ....

And, so we dine ... on the most delicious meal! Sitting next to us is the head chef ... trained under James Beard!

The inside of the restaurant is so interesting.  Log sections on the wall, beautiful lights hanging from the ceiling..... 

... and then when the meal is done ..... you can sit by the camp fire.  It's beautiful!  Inspiring! And, I so wish it was closer! They have a vision ..... and they are making it happen!
